How does SparkMatch matching work?
You confirm you are 18+, preview your camera and microphone, then the flow connects you with one available adult for a live one-to-one video conversation. Stay as long as it is good; skip when it is not.
Can I choose who I match with?
Matching depends on who is online and any options supported by the destination experience. No specific person or gender is guaranteed in a given session.
Is there a time limit on conversations?
No fixed limit is imposed by the format. A conversation lasts as long as both people want to keep talking.
What happens if my match skips me?
Nothing personal — the session ends and you are free to match again. Skipping in both directions is a normal part of the format.

Which devices are supported?
Modern browsers on smartphones, tablets and desktop computers. No app-store download is required.
Why is my camera not working?
Usually browser permissions: check that camera and microphone access is allowed for this site in your browser settings, and that no other app is holding the camera.
Does it work on slow connections?
Video quality adapts to bandwidth, but a stable connection makes a real difference. If video struggles, moving closer to your router or switching networks helps most.
Privacy
Is my conversation visible to other users?
The format is one-to-one: no public rooms, no audience feed. See the private video chat page for what the format does and does not protect.
When is my camera activated?
Only after you actively enter the video experience and grant browser permission. Nothing activates on page load.
What personal information should I keep to myself?
Addresses, financial details, passwords, documents and anything that pinpoints your location or routine. When in doubt, keep it out of the chat.

What are the age rules?
The site and the matching experience are for adults aged 18 and over, full stop. Anyone appearing underage should be reported immediately.
What behavior is not tolerated?
Harassment, pressure after a no, soliciting money or personal data, explicit conduct without consent and misrepresenting your age.
How do block and report work?
Block prevents a specific person from reaching you again; report flags rule-breaking for review. Both are available from the session controls.
Is SparkMatch moderated by humans 24/7?
No such claim is made. Use the block and report tools actively — they are the reliable mechanism, and they work.
